I deposit 500$ and got bonus 250$ , I placed many bets and finally I had in my account 1885$ , I ask support - I met rollover requirement (7xdeposit+bonus), I decided withdraw all amount 1885$ in friday, Today (wednesday) I got money on moneybookers
but only 650$ + they took fee 25$ , I ask suppoer where is rest of money? they answered they will make two withdraw yet 2x 650 in next days .
Ok but what about fee? I request withdraw 1885$ and GP pay me 3 times 650$ and every time take fee 25$? YES! I can't belive they will take 75$ fee for my request payout!
I ask support why they are so unfair to their customers they answer..:

GP XXX: ok but if I request withdraw 1885$ and I will get this withdraw in three payments each one 650$ and everyone include 25$ fee so for this request withdraw 1885$ I will pay 75$ fee?
Glen: We pay to process, monthly fees to processors etc and on top we give great player bonuses. We can't give it all a way or we'll end up out of business.

Glen: Yes, It should not be a problem. You are up $1300 on a $500 deposit.
GPXXX: it doesnt' matter how much I won, this fee 75$ is totally unacceptable!

So I have to pay fee 75$ because I won money and I should be GLAD because I'm "1300$ up"

My first thoughts would be if their Moneybookers account had enough funds in it at the time of your request, however that doesn't appear to be the issue. My next thought would be that they had a max. cap per week, but theirs nothing in the withdraw rules that I can see saying this. Although, the one thing I did see that each transaction does impose a fee (sliding scale pending amounts.) on withdraws.

If a book isn't specific about withdrawal fees, I always check beforehand. Usually means they are running this sort of scam.

Is there any logical reason they would split the payments up like this?

It seems like a total bullshit move to me, but there may be some reason for splitting the payment that I do not understand.

The CS response that it shouldn't matter about the extra fees because the player won is crap. I hate when books do this. It detracts from the whole industry.

No, they don't have this on rules, morover on payout section when I request withdraw I saw "fees 0" , noone warned about this kind of fee, no rules about that..
on request payout I see " request pending payout 1885$ including fee

thats a point ,I have to pay fee like they want because I WON so I should shut up and pey fee even if would be 1000$ because I deposit 500 and made 1885$! That's hurt...
How bookie can do this?? it's totally unfair behaviour...

They did almost the exact same thing to me a few weeks back. I tried phoning them but I found myself talking in circles with some simpleton and finally just kinda rolled my eyes and let it go. They got my 25 bucks. Congratulations GP.

I bet they will charge you the extra fee. That's what they did in my case. I spoke to them and made them understand why I shouldn't be paying extra fees because it's their fault they are splitting up my withdrawal into extra pieces.

They agreed.

But when the withdrawal came, they charged the fee anyway.

They'll pay you. They aren't a stiff book. But like a lot of books these days, they aren't as quick as we would like. I would suggest a bit of patience. You have not been waiting long at all. Of course we all want our money the second we ask for it, but sometimes in this industry that's not the way it goes.

It's a drag to have a book act stupid like this, but there is no cause for panic.

As for nickel-and-diming you on those fees, I strongly suspect they will try that. That's what they did with me. But you should probably wait and see if they actually do it before you start asking for help. There is a chance they will do the right thing.

So far all I see is you being slightly inconvenienced. There is no real complaint yet.

If that's what the website says, I would expect them to credit you back for the fees. CS can be stubborn but mgt. often corrects these. We should have info for you on Monday evening. I do have your email.

Why don't you try betting on different books instead of the current one you are facing problem on withdrawals. I think this sportbooks is giving many excuses to hold back your fund. There are many popular sportsbook out there for you to choose on... My advise to you..

Thank you SBR staff for helping me in this case. They got email from you and they gave me back 5$ from last withdraw fee (655$) with fee 25$
Today they decided towithdraw rest of money 1252$ on my neteller account , but they cherged fee this time 30$ I had on account 1252$ I got 1222$ . Sofor my allwithdraw what was splitting to times, they took me 50$ for chege. It'snot fair I think, because they rules don't say about double cherge, I have no idea why this time they took 30$? is it possible to get back this unreal fee?

He promised Iwill pay only one fee 20$ as GP rules says. he helped me get back 5$ for first withdraw ( it was 25$ fee), and that I won't pay any morefee for splitting withdraw , next withdraw they took fee 30$ again. So I payed 50$ for withdraw anyway not 20$ as they rule says

Raddle_Snake is right. After finishing your dilemma with that bookie, I suggest you transfer to a much better one.

That bookie is mugging you. Some bookie does not charge members for withdrawal, they are the one paying for it.

Yes thank you guy I will be aware, I tought bookie with note C won't make any problems and take care about customers. I usually avoid bookies with grade D-F , but as SBR guide says bookie with C are rather safe for us.
I hopse so they will give me back thet fee and never deposit there anymore .

OT do you know good bookies actually with nice bonus offer?
