i won a contest on another forum for $125 for Betus, a few days before starting the contest i opened the account just for this contest, I still have the " welcome to Betus, thank you blah blah blah) and it is dates Oct 25th in my email. Now all of a sudden my Betus account it closed and talked to someone in live chat and he gave me a new id then i got the same "account has been disabled" message, so i talk to a manager and he says i owe them from a charge of $700 back in March or April?! and the only way i can reopen the account is if i pay, and if i dont I will not be able to pay at any other book online (which i already have other accounts open, so thats a lie too).. but how do i owe if i just opened the account on the 10.25 and said back from march or april? which the manage didnt seem to know what he was talking about because he said i owe from the account number that the guy just gave me last night, not even the one i opened the account with.. so he doesnt he know the right account number? sorry so long guys..

by the way, i told them to send me the transactions that i tried making the deposit or whatever at about 10:30 or 11 a.m and i still havent even recieved a response for that..

If you won a contest on another website. My advice would to ask them about your situation sir.
