I GOT PAID TODAY!! Ok, I am not really jumping up and down. I was never in doubt I would be paid. Phoenix is not in a money crisis.

As I mentioned before, there is some culpability on the part of prior management at OT, but that is spilled milk. I had several phone calls with people running the show and everything they told me came true. Not according to my timetable, but it came true none the less.

I have been here (SBR) a while. I don't shill. I am selfishly, openly rooting for these people to be successful so I can still be playing at their shop next year at this time. Just because i am rooting for them doesn't mean i won't make suggestions and/or call them on further "missteps" shall we say.

They have to get a handle on the ewallet in and ewallet out to avoid ongoing slow pay issues. They need to establish some b2b presence with at least Olympic, Matchbook, and/or Cris as this would help alleviate problems like this in the future. Need better CS as it relates to timely informative emails (but that could be said for a host of top tier books).

Bottomline: Thanks Richard for stepping up. I am playing there today and will continue to play there. Everybody needs to relax and hold your position in line and let them sort out the mess. There is a BIG difference between slow pay books and NO pay books. Let's not continue to confuse the two in this thread and others as it relates to the Phoenix group.

We are trying to step up for a bad situation with a book that we had a service agreement with. Please try to understand that all accounts are being combed through before being released, and in many cases rollovers were not calculated correctly. This is a mess, and we are dealing with it in the best way we can. I have also come here to maintain a presence and communication point even in the face of a lot of criticism that I don't really need.

Am I the only one still stuck in here and not getting paid? They say they don't have funds in Neteller or Moneybookers. What kind of an excuse is that? Moneybookers and Neteller can be funded in a few days - just looks like they've gone bust.

Oh and although I've been betting the max bet on soccer games several times a week they still seemed to think I had wagering to do just over a week ago when I last checked - despite the fact that I completed the wagering for the bonus I accepted in January

SBR what is your position on this? I've asked for help several times and the situation has got worse.

I understand your sentiments, and wont argue the point. Either way, I believe all players have been paid up to date now. We are taking responsibility for a what was a service agreement relationship, and will accept it as water under the bridge.

Richard, I realised that Mike@OT is the same guy who made up new bonus rules and has been delaying me for three months. Maybe clients are up to date who have had withdrawals pending. It's getting your withdrawals requests approved that is the problem, i'm sure people who manage that are getting paid. However, when they tell you they have no money in Moneybookers or Neteller - you can't even get your withdrawal request in.

I want to make a withdrawal, but if Mike ignores e-mails and OT live chat say they have no money in those E-wallets, then we're stuck.
