    RJbetphoenix, did you read my SBR PM or the same email i sent you,i had a payout cancelled due to the rollover not completed, this was not true as CS had not only already confirmed completion also i had a payout to. My deposit was 24th December and the bonus K100 at that time it was 10 times rollover deposit plus bonus , i deposited £500 received £500 freeplay.I have all chats to back up my post.

    What would be the point of risking your balance when you don't know whether you would get paid if you win?
    Or have the rollover terms vastly increased on a whim of BetPhoenix?
    Or be retrospectively deemed a bonus hunter and be threatened with removal the bonus and all its winnings?

    This is what is going on behind the scenes to many players.

    The sooner BetPhoenix realises that it needs to payout now not next month or the one after, and in full, the more likely their business is to survive this massive hit to their credibility.

    I asked a withdrawal, but they say it can take 7 - 10 days ?? I wonder if I will ever see my money again. The funny thing is the following. I read on their site

    I've still not had my signup bonus reinstated and am now being told it's non-cashable. This is in direct contradiction of what a betot representative told the whole board back on post 64 where alex writes:

    Now im really annoyed , can anyone explain whats going on , i requested a payout last thursday from Betot who now i hear are finished yet i get an email from mike@betot.com just now saying this.

    I am currently waiting on a wire from them. It was deducted from my balance on Monday so I am hopeful i will see it in my bank this week. Will be more than happy to report here when i get it.

    I can not answer who Mike is. I have been dealing with Richard.

    For the benefit of all concerned, if you have business with OT/Phoenix glad to have you here. If you don't, please don't muck up the works and stay out of the thread.

    From what I can tell this is one big mess and is taking alot of time. Take it from someone who has been in the game a while--this will take a few more weeks. Be flexible in how you are willing to be paid.

    Do your best to be nice to the guy who is trying to get you paid. It doesn't appear to be his mess, he is just the "cleaner!"

    I started asking for it last week, but I needed neteller. Richard offered me wire instead and by monday I had sent him the wire instructions. Later on Monday the money came out of my balance so i am assuming the wire went out on Tuesday of this week. This is Carnival season in central america (banks close down) so it might take a little longer than usual, but I am hoping to have it by Friday.

    Payout is max they allow per week.

    Again i have sent a email back saying >>


    1) I deposited on the 24th December before the rules change on freeplay winnings (live chat text saved just incase of this event((see below for a post on here regarding this change(text in red))).

    2) Confirmed by Wendy on live chat that i had made the rollover. (chat saved)

    3) Received a payout of £2750 on the 30TH January (if i had not made the rollover i would not of received this money)

    My deposit was £500 = £500 freeplay = £10K which i completed, i have all my bets logged for amounts and rollover completed.

    Please grant my withdraw, why gamble anymore if they are not going to pay, another Betchance on the books here.

    With regards to rules. Whatever the rules were at the time of your last deposit is what will stand. There was an update to previous rules effective Jan 22nd. This notification of rule change was posted for a 24 hour period before deployment for all clients. That being said, and deposits after posted rule changes will have the new rules applications.

    I am not happy with this situation !!

    Why does this all takes so long ... the only real reason according to me is they can't pay because there is no money to pay ?? And if people complain, the won't get new customers, so no new money, etc ...

    If they pay normal (within 24 hours) , I will keep playing , but now they lose me as customer (also because it is probably too much to answer my emails ... unbelievable).

    Please SBR, downgrade the rating !!

    Same story here as already reported by most.

    I deposited £400 on 7th January and received £400 freeplay with a rollover requirement of 10 times deposit plus freeplay.

    My freeplay won and I met the rollover terms by betting in excess of the required £8000.

    I then had two successful withdrawals and have an account balance of £470. I have requested a withdrawal but it was denied because according to Betot I had not met the rollover requirements and needed to wager a further £11,000!!!

    I explained on livechat that I had deposited before the rollover terms changed to 10 times deposit plus freeplay winnings but was they were powerless to do anything and to email mike@betot.com.

    Mike finally responded today, after a week, again claiming that I hadn't met the wagering requirement. I have replied but fear that I'm not getting anywhere.

    Surely Betot cannot apply new freeplay terms to accounts which have already received and met the rollover requirements.

    Betot need their SBR rating downgrading asap to warn potential customers that they don't payout!

    In case they bother to read this, it's account BT1800.

    I also got an e-mail saying my payout had been declined due to insufficient wagering volume. It's a mistake. They were applying rules that were created after my deposit.

    I have already been through it with Frank and had it confirmed that my rollover was complete - which is why they already sent me one payout.

    They are disorganized but I'm hanging in there. Richard has my info.

    I am playing this like you Mud. We know the wager requirement email and the docs email etc is a standard way to buy time. It's not the best way to buy time, but it is pretty standard. Except for Pinny, I have seen every major book delay payments using similar tactics. Some times it really is a mistake with CS math, but I guess more often than not its just a delay.

    Lets just say they might be dealing with 100+ people waiting to get paid and one guy sorting it all out. He still has to go thru every case and sift thru the mess. If the books ewallet payouts are screwed then this adds to the time frame necessary to get people paid. AGREED, the email situation is now abysmal at OT and has been for last few weeks.

    I am probably not calming anyone, but I do not believe anyone should think this is a case of "they don't have money". I think the early high mark/grade given to Phoenix was given as a result of their deep pockets NOT because they had years of experience in this North/South American market.

    I would encourage their group to better/informative email work during this turbulence and get some b2b going (Olympic, Cris, Matchbook) while they are replenishing their ewallet accounts. Add NT to Phoenix (selfish reasons for this) and keep those ewallets funded.

    Unlike Mud i am not offering my consulting services. I just want to get 105 lines and be paid in a timely fashion and never see my collar go below $500!! Of course, i always wish for that!! lol

    Disclaimer: I have no inside knowledge--all is my opinion and i am still waiting for my money also.

    Remember that guy who threatened the chargeback at S-1 and his winning parlay at Phoenix was cancelled as it was coming in..? That's a fairly organized book.

    I have to disagree on that one. 90ish % of these OT posters are new to sbr...single digit posts etc. They found their way here by google. Bonuses and comps done right are a good thing for book and player alike.
