Charged $60 for a mid 4 figure Neteller withdrawal. Was aware that they no longer have free payouts because someone brought it up last week. Very high withdrawal fees, possibly the highest out of any sportsbook in the world. Just happy to have received it same day. I have a balance left there but probably will not deposit there again if I lose it.

Yes, I brought this up last Monday when they charged for their advertised free withdrawal. Wasn't sure if it was worth the time over $30 but Justin7 suggested I file a complaint. I submitted one but have not heard back from SBR in over a week now.

5Dimes cut out 1 free payout a month too! Like a few months back... but mysterious they just gave me a free payout 2 weeks ago? In a way... I think some of these books are picking different clients randomly and charging them. There needs to be more consistency and I wish SBR would conduct an exam on your top 10 books "payout procedure" because there seems to be some inaccuracies. I don't like how every book changes there F'ing mind during each time you request a withdrawal.

Are you serious? WTF?!!?!? I'm filing a complaint with SBR then... or I will call 5Dimes directly. I have a huge transaction list that I keep as a backup and I want my damn fees returned to me! Total BS.

I attempted a free payout a few days ago. On live chat, cs said that I could request a check or **. I don't remember them ever offering ** as a free payout option. I chose it anyways and I noticed that they still have not deducted it from my account a few days later. I asked for a status update and cs said that it was rejected internally. If I hadn't contacted them, they would have never contacted me. They just left me hanging without telling me what my other payout options are. Very unprofessional and totally unorganized.

By the way, the withdrawal page says that *************** is the only free payout option but none of the clickable options are ***************.
