Anyone got any ideas how to get these guys to process a moneybookers withdrawal.I requested a £300 withdrawal 11 days ago and still not received it, despite several emails , all of which have been ignored.
The strange thing is, in the previous few weeks I requested three other withdrawals and recieved them all within two days -no problems.
I have sent them all my ID documents and do not have any bonus requirements to fulfill.
Before it is mentioned I know they have a bad reputation but I thought I would take a chance with them as I have been arbing for several years and am limited to small stakes at most reputable books.

JetBull has had payout issues in the past and they are brutal when it comes to answering emails, because they hardly ever do. If you need some assistance with this issue, please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf, sir.

I have just recieved my withdrawal, not sure if it down to SBR or not as I only filled in the complaint form half an hour ago , but if it is many thanks I am very grateful for the money.

i have a lot of dealings with jetbull and find them ot be fine, with the odd glitch, which gets addressed pretty quickly

made a deposit of 300 usd to jetbull the other day. Now I'm at 885, and have just submitted id papers and a withdraw request of 500 usd. Before I go any further with this bookmaker, I want to make sure that I actually get my money
Luckily I didn't get any bonus from them, so no crazy parlay requirements :P

I will give you guys a feedback on when I will get my money

Today I can see that the withdraw status had changed from pending to ok.
Jetbull write that they will send an email when they verify my uploaded document, but have not gotten that email yet.
I guess they have seen document, and not yet sent me the confirmation email.

Now I just have wait and see when I actually get my money.

(I don't know if anyone has any interest in this, but someone might at one point :P )

I receive 300Euro for 1 day via MoneyBookers.Firs withdarwal onlyt takes more time-for now everything is regular-They want to upload copy of ID first.
