Requested my first Neteller withdrawal with CRIS last night since the Bookmaker domain was taken over. Was happy to receive the withdrawal today but was charged a fee of $30 although it is supposed to be free on Mondays up to $2,500 requests. I asked on live chat and was told:

"unfortunately, as per management decision there are no more free pay outs on Monday"

I was told that it was for all customers and that there are no more methods for free payouts.

The cashier info is outdated and not current (there are other examples but I don't want to mention specific methods). I have asked live chat about updating the info several times and they always say they plan to... but it hasn't happened.

I think everybody is missing the point. He requested last night and got paid today. Must be nice, when I request lately from CRIS, something inevitably always goes haywire. I'd pay double to get paid in 1 day!!!

are you serious? he used neteller~ one day is a standard for a~rated book. anyway not a good move by bcris. they probably got hit by sudden withdrawals in light of recent events

I don't have an issue with them charging a fee for the payout, but the least they can do is update their withdrawal page to reflect this change. I don't want to be surprise by another hike in the withdrawal fees without prior knowledge.

I think this as to do with the fact that must of their customers try to withdraw and they are running low on funds

I'm almost certain I've requested many more payouts from CRIS than you, don’t tell me about standards. One of my withdrawals recently got kicked back after waiting 3 weeks. And I had issues last month as well. I agree with you that there should be free payouts. All I'm saying is I'm more concerned with getting paid quickly than fees.

CRIS focuses on Euro market, no euro book charges 30$ for a withdrawal, especially not for neteller withdrawals.
