    Default OMG! Am I being ripped off BETJAM

    The score after the first quarter of the bulls/heat was 25/21. I have Over 45. The BetJamaica system records it as a loss. I place a call to customer service and the woman is telling me the score is 20-16?

    Score reporting errors happen from time to time. If you are at a solid book then you should never worry, it will get fixed.

    This is why its a must to always doublecheck the scores. Everyone has had wagers graded incorrectly at all the books from time to time. Of course I've never had a wager incorrectly graded as a win though.

    I had a KC Royals loss graded incorrectly & paid as a win early this season. A friend of mine had the same game, same book, bet the opponent and was also (correctly) paid as a winner.

    I've only had one grading issue with Jamaica and it was corrected very quickly. Always best to be patient and give the books a little time before completely panicking.....

    absolutely crazy the posters who slam/slander books on here before they give book a chance to correct. I blame some of this on Mods. A goofy thread like this should be hidden and a pm sent to Op saying this "We have hidden your thread until you have a chance to contact the book in question. THEN, if you still have not been taken care of, we will put the thread back up!"

    It is amazing though how many players come here to ask a question or check on something when clicking that cute little "Live Chat" link would have helped them so much faster.

    He contacted support but no reason to freak out at a book like BJam. Of course it would be fixed as you could show them the box score on ESPN.

    A little less coffee for some of the posters would not be a bad thing.
