If Catalina has a strong reputation and never slow paid, then why do they have a "C" rating?

Is this shop any good? I know they are out of the post up business, but just wondering.

Their are other intangibles that are taken into consideration when it comes to the SBR ratings. To answer your question about if they are a good book. I feel they are a very solid shop in regards to safety of funds.
