Default I like dealing with Sportsbook.com on disputes

Don't get me wrong -- they mugged a lot of people on CPs. But on day to day trivial disputes, they handle them quickly and fairly. If it weren't for their history with voiding month-old correlated parlays, I might try them myself.

Their management has been working very well with SBR on random minor disputes. They respond punctually, and address the merits.

It reminds me a little of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I'd love to see them reverse their decision on CP confiscations someday.

They stole $150K from me and very little of it was CPs.

So what was their reason for stealing from you then?

Never had any problems here, although I am terrified to bet any parlays with them since I have no idea what they will consider correlated. With lots of betting options and opinionated lines they make for a nice out.

Did you get them to pay the Linesmaker theft from last year?

They claimed I violated a non-existent rule against having multiple accounts. I was actively encouraged to open the accounts because the CC processor would only allow $2K deposit per account per day and I wanted to deposit more. All accounts were in my name and I wasn't circumventing limits.

When someone wins big, they start looking for excuses. It seems to be more than just CPs.

They took 9k of mine due to CPs. SB.con confiscated all winning CPs and refused to refund losing CPs--basically stealing my entire account. Only one Jazette book I trust today--BetUSA (B-).

They flat out told me it was going to take upwards of two months to get my money out, if at all. The customer service reps would lie on a repeated basis even when confronted with conflicting information. It's a sorry ass book and a terrible place to play poker. I'm glad I'm out.

I doubt that, but I do think that Justin may sending out vibes on a grade bump for SB.con. Keep them at D- would be my vote.

Years ago this was the first book I ever cashed from. They sent me a 50$ freeplay because I was a member at some other poker site that went under. I ran it up to around 500$ in a couple hours of poker and they sent me a check, never played there again.

This is a brutal option for a sportsbook. A wolf in sheeps clothing is still a muther fukin wolf.

Was it a multi-brand issue? (Which I would put in the "mugging" category)

They owed me 2K in 2007. After telling me to be patient then telling me to check my bank account "It must be there", I decided to charge them back for $7500 and have been happy ever since.

Have played at superbook (was with them when they were sportingbetusa) for years and any problems I have had have always been resolved. I don't do parlays and I don't need to open multiple accounts. I have to admit though that since joining sbr I have been wondering if I will ever redeposit here.

How come everyone in this industry knows this story but you? Ask bill, then get on the phone with your buddies at sb and get the man his 150k.

One thing for a sportsbook to work out minor disputes, true colors come out when substantial money is involved.

Must be a coincidence that a similar thread was started about Hollywood before a minor grade bump-- a big production about new management but they never corrected previous thefts. Go ahead and raise SB.con since they're paying on minor disputes. Let's just forget about the massive thefts of just three years ago. Glad you like dealing with SB the past few years. Not so good for me.

J7 been touting fringe crook books. Remember all those BP threads? Back when SBR wasn't telling the truth about their business?

I wouldn't classify BP as a "fringe crook book". But at risk of opening myself up, what did I post about BP that was false? Or Sportsbook.com for that matter?

Would you play with Sportsbook.com if they cleared up the past CP and multi-brand disputes? Where would you rate them, if that happened?
