Default What does the Kentucky decision mean

I'm confused and looking for a little assistance on this issue. How bad is this ruling? What are the chances of winning on appeal?

Basically what it means is that the state of Ky. seized those 141 names. As far as the appeal goes, I doubt it stands a chance of being overturned.

I saw that Bookmaker.com is on the list of 141 domain names. Was it a coincidence that Bodog went down the drain once they lost their domain name? I'm not sure if I should stay with Bookmaker now. Come on Bigboydan, I need a little more help on this one.

I don't know what to tell you sir accept that other states will follow KY. if the appeal is denied. Then all hell will break lose.

it's entirely a coincidence.

a domain name is nothing. it has nothing to do with processing problems.

Your right Durito, it's two separate U.S. Government attacks against the industry focused to stop offshore gaming in the states.

Kentucky=Horse Racing; would that make them more adverse to online sports betting?

So absurd. Would love to see one of the sites stand up to them and see them try to enforce their order. Unfortunately they all have a month to simply block KY ip addresses, which I'm guessing is what they will do.
