Anyone use or heard of Sports-1? A salesman called me last week and offered me 100% bonus and -105 juice. I checked here and they are not listed. He said that they are associated with Bet Phoenix (B rating).

When I told him I could not send him $ without a rating, he gave me a $25 free play to check them out. I suggested he contact SBR and get listed.

Here is a thread where we have discussed Sports-1 before sir. However, the more I search for info about Sports-1 the more I read that they are part of the BetPhoenix. Let me do some more research first before confirming that to be the case.

I would not join www.sports-1.com if I was you guys. There are plently of better sportsbooks out there. I requested a payout 4 days ago and the money was never taken out of my account still tonight. Im not saying it should be sent to me but it definately should of been out of my account within a day. All of there live agents have gave me the run around the best 4 days. P.S. They can not send bank wires to us customers. Stay AwAY

I requested a bank wire for 4950 and a moneygram for 1940(which i was told took 24 hours at most) and recieved neither. I also had 12 people from my work who were all going to join the site since I liked it so much till this payout problem so there going to lose alot of business. I emailed franco but unless he can make things right im done with the site. I will keep you updated

Really? Seems silly to me. Could be a little glitch going on that needs some prompting. Could be some human error involved. These books are not always well oiled machines.

Sports-1 does normally handle their own requests. I am assisting with their authority here.

In this case Sports-1 is looking to refund your credit card charges first. This is based on you expressing the option to charge back against the cards a method of refund. That being said, we will refund cards first, and then pay any difference in cash the same day as the refunds can be credited.

It has also come to my attention that you played the remaining funds in the casino leaving a current balance of 14 dollars. That being said, we will also still look to refund the cards for the full amount regardless of that.

Please contact me if necessary Mon morning for further information. I am also open to audit via SBR mods on this issue for the sake of transparency here. I hope this information is helpful.
