has anyone used pinnaclesports?

Has anyone had success with the pinnaclesports book? I noticed that they are highly rated but haven't seen any threads about them.

Pinnacle (SBR Rated A+) is probably the best book out there going today sir. It just a shame that they don't accept U.S. players anymore is all.
