They said you have to claim within 72 hours of your birthday...but the rules are kind vague about how many deposits/wagers you have to make. They're saying I don't qualify now because I haven't made 30 wagers....but the rules say HISTORICALLY, which I've def done a couple years ago.

Roxxy...it's a legit bonus. You just have to scan/email a copy of your ID and utility bill.

They're saying that I have never made a deposit....which is bullshit. I probably lost about $2K to them when I was in college.
