BetHorizon player accounts have been moved to the new DGS platform, which Heritage uses. BetHorizon players are greeted by a message acknowledging the Heritage Sports takeover:

BetHorizon: Overnight, BetHorizon has strengthened its position in the online wagering landscape. We've combined all the features that have earned your loyalty within new software updates, new offerings, special promotions along with unequalled industry experience and integrity.

Heritage Sports is an invite-only sportsbook that offers what it calls VIP-level service to select players. Heritage Sportsbook management tells SBR it will be opening the BetHorizon brand to all players by the end of the month allowing the public to experience many of the features Heritage offers.

BetHorizon was downgraded to C+ by Sportsbook Review on April 18th, 2011. The downgrade occurred due to an increase in payout complaints and low level customer service to players waiting for their funds. Heritage tells SBR that players will be paid promptly as Horizon Sportsbook is backed 100% by Heritage ownership.

Not sure but at heritage I got 100% cash bonus up to 1000 dollar bonus. 4x rollover on my first deposit. After March madness contest they annually give 100% and 50% cash bonuses on re ups up to 1000 dollar bonus. 4x rollover. Can't beat that.

I was paid quickly by Bethorizon twice.I found the customer service to be very good too.I'm not sure if I'm in the minority here though.

Heritage,as expected has always paid me quickly withy the best customer service around.Kind of wish that they were independent,but no big deal

I don't see it affecting payouts at all. They are still two separate books. Heritage will stay invitation only and Bethorizon will be accepting the newer clients that can't get an account. I see this as only a positive and glad to see the takeover. Heritage has the best customer service in the business and the #1 man offshore running it, skies the limit for the Heritage brand.
