My account has been suspended and is now being investigated - i bet on a russian game over the weekend which moved very, very quickly. I took 2.75 on the draw which became layable within half an hour on betfair at around 1.3 (the game finished 1-1, a huge amount of money was bet on the draw so can only assume that the game was dodgy.) The original movement seemed to be for the away team so all I was doing was covering the draw option rather than using any inside knowledge.

I have a $20k balance in there so will be keeping you updated and perhaps coming back for assistance should something go wrong...

I've never had a live bet cancelled at WSEX, Matchbook, Cris, Phoenix, or even Jazette, although somebody else posted a complaint about them within the past month (where I can see both sides, it's live betting, but Jazette intends for it to only be available at commercials). Live betting crapbooks with huge delays and lots of random voids after the fact is probably -EV.

It was at half time and the score was 4:0. Odds 1,1 was a really valuebet at that moment, so I think bwin lost too much money and they couldn't accept it. It's not fair because when a player make a mistake everything is alright, but when they did something wrong they don't bear responsibility. And it wasn't a clear technical error or something like that, it was only valuebet. I'm realy disappointment, they should at least sent some mail with explanation... Huge minus for bwin!

Believe it or a lot of those complaints are justified as being within the rules sir.

It doesn't really matter what their rules are. If they had a rule buried that said "If you risk exactly $500 on any wager, you forfeit your entire balance", and enforced it, they'd deserve an F rating. Some of the justifications books give aren't any better than this (betway, sportsbook, royal, 10bet), and others are only marginally better (evebet, goldvictory). Books don't deserve any credit for having bad rules and following them.

It's a shame that every offshore license is simply handed out by muppets looking for an income stream.

when you deposit there thats like agreeing to the rules. Although they should be forced into having a TOS acceptance when they make changes to there realms.

TOS example like when you play a online game, you have to accept TOS or when you sign up for a forum...

In many instances, there are rights that you can't give up, even if you sign a contract stating that you do. Renter's rights are probably the best known in the US. Bettors have the same expectations of fair play without reading fine print, but enforcement basically falls on SBR browbeating and negative publicity since the licensing muppets are incompetent or worse.
