Last month deposited $250 and got $250 free play with 10x rollover ($5,000). Every time I thought I was close to rolling over, I found out a new rule. Couple weeks of winning go by and I found out that my first bet had to be rolled over 3x and my first bet was $50 so now my rollover is $5,150. Another up and down week goes by and I find out parlays don't count towards rollover. Ok, I'll just bet on Baseball Totals. The next week goes by, and I'm kickin' ass wagering about $300 total each day for about 2 weeks and I'm ready to cashout. Then I call customer service and find out Baseball only counts towards half of rollover! So basically on a $100 bet only $50 would count towards rolover. When I initially made the deposit, none of this was told to me. Well somehow, I survived all this, and today I have around $1100 in my account and only need to rollover another $108. Gonna put it all on Dallas today and then cash out! Can't wait to get my money out of this book, their lines are horrible compared to 5dimes & Greek. I will admit though that there customer service has been pretty good. Will let you know how the payout goes.

Not ideal, but their t & c's clearly state about baseball only counting for 50% of the wagering requirement, not aware of any other books with this rule though. Never bothered with baseball when completing the rollover because of this.

I admit this was my fault for not reading through all the T&C's, but it was still frustrating.

Yeah, they can be kind of a hassle to deal with since they dont tell you when depositing unless you click over to read the rollover rules. NEVER TAKE THE BONUS, that is where they get you, and thats why you had to do 5K in rollovers. Happened to me first time I deposited with them to wager UFC.

I havent had a problem with them and the payout took less than 10 days. Still got some money with them so I gonna try to ride it out as far as I can before pulling out.

Different reasons. For one I spread my money around with different books . Secondly, Betus is the only Book for U.S. players that offers Head to head Horse Racing matchups which I like. You also have to remember that what you consider an A book, some people consider it shitty. I have had nothing but problems with A book 5dimes, so for me personally, they are a C book and I have never had a problem with Betus aside from the rollover situation, which was really my fault.

Update: Well I requested a payout by *************** Sunday night, and it was deposited into my account today (Wednesday) 3 days, not bad. THEY PAID!
