This seems like a simple one. I see the 3 o'clock EST cut-off is clearly noted on the website.
You did the withdrawal by Neteller so there should be solid documentation at both ends of exactly what time the transaction occurred. Either you were on time or you weren't. No opinions involved. If your Neteller account proves you were on time, you would have solid grounds for a dispute through SBR. Otherwise, you made a mistake and owe Carlos an apology.
