I placed a bet with bwin yesterday and I won it but they settled it incorectly. I did contact them twice via email but still no answer. I placed a bet that there is going to be a goal between 60 - 75 minutes and there was a goal for Legia Warsaw in 66 : 06 minute according to Bwin site but they settled it as "equal no. of goals" althought there was only and only one goal in that period of time. Any experiences about this matter with Bwin? Thanks.

I had a few similar problems with them , but all were resolved within a short period of time,so I think you don't need to worry.

you will have to wait there CS is a bit slow

they have graded bets wrong in both ways. they will re-grade it of you informed them, and send you the answer.
they are known not to inform people when re-grading, so your graded win may become a loss after a week or more, if it was graded wrong at the beginning.
