I'm a USA citizen and live in the USA.
(It would be most helpful if all posting here would state what country they are in, or at least if they are in the USA or not, since this country is one of the worst re: anti-gambling measures and has some unique problems with deposits/withdrawals/banking).

High 4 figure withdrawal requested very early am from the Greek on a weekday.
Processed the same day.
" please allow 1-5 business days...".


Received 2 days later (which happened to be weekdays).

Deposited into my account in a major US bank (*h***).


I have a few accounts there, 1 of which is active, and also a xx from that bank - all in good standing.

They cleared $100 of the xxxxx at once (standard policy).
Was told the balance would be clear the next day.
The receipt had a standard disclaimer that they reserved the right to hold it longer upon further review.

The next day it was not clear.
I called and was told it would be clear in full a total of 4 days after it was deposited (2 of which were business days).
And it did clear 4 days after deposit.

The Greek = Courteous. Efficient. 24 hour cs.
All emails and one phone call were promptly and politely responded to.
Overall a class act.
(Only complaint - no more free withdrawals - cost me $35).



I tried in the above to not compromise the Greek nor myself, but give as much info as possible which people may find useful.

Funds were not able to be withdrawn for a few weeks.
Once it was announced that they could be withdrawn, I made the request and -
24 hours.
Medium low 4 figures.


At the time of the US Gov't. seizing funds and domains of Pstars and Full Tilt, it seemed that the sky was falling in the US.

Between this experience, and my Greek withdrawal - post #7 above (did not close account, just lowered balance there), it's somewhat reassuring (although I would still advise caution for those in US including myself - was going to open more accounts offshore with some USA facing books - holding off for now).

The following is 2nd hand but I know it's accurate -
