I’ve seen them at Greek, CRIS family books, 5 Dimes, all those Sportingbet/Jazette/Sportsbook.com/whatever they’re called these days books, maybe some others, I don’t remember. Not sure who usually puts them up first. Probably Greek or CRIS group.
Some put up only 3rd quarter at the half, and wait to put up 4th quarter in the brief break between the 3rd and 4th quarters. Some put both 3rd and 4th quarters up at the half.
