I won a bet @50 odds at the Olympics. First they deleted the bet, then they closed my account with other pending bets on it. After a couple of e-mails (a lot of e-mails...) they reopened my account and paid me part of my winnings but not all of it. (from the pending bets i had)

So from the sound of it they voided the bet @50.

Thank you very much. As i said in the previous post there are a some developments since i sent the complaint.

a, They reopened my account.
b, They paid me part of my winnings.

Of course not. Other bookies offered odds around 2 on that.

But the delete of that bet isn't my main problem. That was a really ugly move (especially because they did it AFTER the event finished) but my main problem is that they don't pay me all of my winnigns from the other bets.

So you placed a clearly palpable bet @ odds of 50 where other bookies offered a line of 2?

Please tell me I'm wrong.

The others were normal bets. 2.75, 1.85, 2.00, 1.70 and 2.30 odds on Olympic boxing and taekwando.

And they settled those bets. "Just" didn't pay part of the winnings...

I did send a memo to management about your inquiry, however I haven't heard back from them as of yet. So odds are they are still either working on your case or haven't gotten to it yet.

I totally agree here, but would add Betsafe to the list and place them first in line of useless bookies
