Completely unacceptable for this Book to be down this amount of time.
From my understanding this was not "scheduled maintenance" as I am to customer and never received notice to that effect. I would have expected an email notification of at least 24hr to 48hr to customers before any such occurrence took place so clients could have made betting adjustments accordingly. In addition, it is simply a standard in maintaining a proper line of communication and excellent customer service. Not to mention, they have interrupted service on a Sunday afternoon.

– Really I do not know what to make of this as they have not made any attempt to communicate with Customers.. Very poor decisions by Management and too late!
My trust has been lost in this Book and I will be withdrawing my bankroll ASAP for deposit in established accounts.
