begawin do not pay
I wait for five days my money but nothing(using Moneybookers).
They do not answer to my emails or phone. I sent over 6-7 emails.
I believe they have financial problems.

They dont offer withdrawal via MoneyBookers,only Bank TRansfer
Try to email tham with your bank details and add your ID card.

I've made several withdrawals using moneybookers and moneybookers is still an option to deposit. |

To udate you all I have requested a sizeable (1600 euros) withdrawl request on 21st december via Neteller. Received a reply from them on 23rd regarding the deduction of commission on withdrawl via Neteller (i.e. 2%). It seems that they went for christmas holiday the day after i.e. 24th and 25th. Received my money on 26th   . Happy Daysssssss. Pile In for the bonus. They are offering a good signup bonus of 150 euros. |

You submit a complaint because you are waiting 3 days???????
If everybody sumit complaints for waiting 3 days SBR needs more 100 employers.
Begawin took sometimes 5-7 days but they always pay, and they never answer emails is better call them

In my previous 3 cashouts from begawin i receive answer from them up to 72 hours-3 tmes on my mail!!!.So now i think they dont have enough money to pay me and for this reason i submit a complaint.Today is day 4 and cant contact to their phone number also and i need assistance i think?!.We will see what will happen after 3 days.
Every normal bookmaker answer on mails up to 24 hours.
When i click to withdraw i didnt see please make call to...
I see this:''To process your withdrawal, please send an email to support@begawin.com indicating the following detail:''

After 1 week(holidays they apologies) they process my cashout for ..1/3 of my funds.
And still wait for other part 2nd week without answer on my mails-maybe another holiday for Begawin.
Looks like its a slow pay like JetBull  |

I have requested withdrawal 2 days ago. I can not agree with you, that they are not answering emails. I am playing with them more than 1 year and have always got an answer from them. Only this month is so strange. And the second problem is, I have played free spins action and won money I now request as withdrawal. There are some terms and conditions and I wanted to ask them about some points. Its very important for me to have these explained.

During the weekend, I won some money with their 5 casino freespins. I didn't bother too long with the casino after nice slot hit with the spins and few black jack hands, as it was allowed to forfeit bonus and skip 40x casino rollover by transferring anything over the locked bonus amount to sportsbook, provided you wager it 4x in the sportsbook. I transferred 100€ from the casino to sportsbook and met the 4x wagering requirements within a day, running my balance up nicely.
I just sent them my ID scans, bank details and asked for a bank transfer withdrawal for 440€. Hoping everyone gets paid soon. I will also report how it goes.

After 3 weeks without answer i start playing again with my 500e and for bad luck i lost it all...but on next day i receive brazenly message
''Sorry we cant process your cashout request,because you dont have enough funds in your account''
I strongly recommend to all to stay away from begawin. |

I am having similar problems the telephone number doesn't work and I don't get any response to my emails so I guess I have to just play the waiting game.
Did the rest of you continue to email them to edge them on or did they just pay out in their own good time?

Hi, I tried to send them in email not only information like email in Moneybookers, acount number and amount, but also one more time to send them my ID. And this was succesful. Maybe try to do the same  |

No response from them yet. Been "only" 4 days though. Not really surprising, as some of you have waited longer. I'm just used to getting replys in few days max. The bookie gives bad impression of itself by not replying emails in a reasonable time frame.
I guess most of their staff will probably take Easter holidays off. It would be best to send them another email early next week then...

I was pleasantly surprised today, as I finally got a reply and confirmation that my cashout has been paid. I lost 100€ of my original balance back during the weekend, but still was able to withdraw 340€ by Bank Transfer
Anyway, despite slow email response time and slight delay with my withdrawal, I have to give thumbs up for Begawin. I've only deposited very small amount here about a year ago and now basically got free money from their casino free spin promo.

I have a similar problem...asked for a payout to moneybookers on the 16th of april....got a reply on the 17th that they had put my request in line for processing but really how hard can it be ??....

i did the begawin 100% free bet ... bet 50euro got 50euro free with 6 x 50euro rollover @ odds of 1.5+...ended up with balance of 155euro...requested payout...waited about 5 days...got an email from begawin saying that payout would be within 24 hours... within a few hours 155euros deposited to my moneybookers account
