I´m digging up this old thread, because it´s happened to me as well. I registered an account at SBObet, deposited $400 but got stuck when the deposit was confirming. The message on the screen was:

I kept this window open for hours - nothing happened.
Therefore, I have not received a user name from SBObet, and they have drawn $400 from my NETeller account. This was three days ago, and I have sent them 5 emails, to 4 different email adresses. They are not replying.
wtf?
