    Default problem with sbobet

    this book is not sirious/ i opened an account 2 weeks ago registered and deposited 200 euro but they did not give me username-now i know all my details without login/i tryed call them i sent 10 mails to them (sbobet) and to moneybookers but nothing happened i sent fax with my problem they do not recall me and dont answered my mails -so i dont understand what have i do

    i called them but nothing happened-they dont answer -my english maybe is not well///but i explained as i can them and as i understand they must recall to my contact number but they do not/// i sent fax with my problem -i need account username -i sent to moneybookers-but they dont want help me/////i sent 10 mails withot any answer from sbobet/////i registered-then deposited 200 euro and didnt see login-while i know password and my all detailds and mail and home adress

    send them your moneybookers transaction ID also I recommend to try calling moneybookers as well as sometimes money just "gets lost".
    Happened to me twice at bluesq and once at willhill

    please let us know the update on this, Sir. I never had a problem with sbobet but 1 time i got this problem on 188bet but after telling to their support that it was not credited instant to my account they coordinated with the bank and my deposit was credited to my sportsbook account after a few minutes.

    my problem is still open--they do not answer on my mails -i deposited 200 euro but do not know my login!!!!any ideas-can anybody help me here

    Not sure what we can do on our end for you sir. However you are more than welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf to see what the problem is.

    To my knowledge I believe this gentlemen even filled out a complaint form at all. So with that being said I think it was resolved sir.

    Hi everyone.
    I´m digging up this old thread, because it´s happened to me as well. I registered an account at SBObet, deposited $400 but got stuck when the deposit was confirming. The message on the screen was:

    "We are processing your request, please do not refresh/close this page. If you have any
    problem, please provider following reference no : XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX to our customer
    service."
    I kept this window open for hours - nothing happened.

    Therefore, I have not received a user name from SBObet, and they have drawn $400 from my NETeller account. This was three days ago, and I have sent them 5 emails, to 4 different email adresses. They are not replying.

    wtf?

    I've alerted SBO to this problem. They might be able to resolve it, or they may need more info. We'll see.

    Nothing from SBObet yet. I´ve emailed support@sbobet.com and accdpt@sbobet.com as well as two private sbobet email addresses. No response.

    Problem solved, they replied and I am now able to log in.
