This is just a general overview of how Sportsbook.com and Jazette books in general have been dealing with all these complaints.

The good news is that most players outside the US are being paid fairly promptly. We have a few issues on checks not being issued or slow customer service to resolve issues, but payments themselves don't seem to be a big issue.

Processing payments to the US hasn't been as good. Of the complaints we have been getting about 10% are bounced checks. With processors going down frequently this isn't surprising, but is even more frustrating when the player has to wait a long time for a check, only to wait even longer when the checks bounce.

A number of players are reporting tracking numbers being issue, but the packages are never actually sent. I have seen tracking numbers going back to August, that were never actually mailed. So a tracking number does not necessarily mean quick payment.

Because of the variety of processors, checks seem to be arriving anywhere between a month and three months.

We are tracking around 50 cases of players owed.

Bank Wires are an option, but they require multiple account details including ID to be sent and not everyone is approved. Once approved the bankwires are taking between a couple weeks and a month to arrive.

I know of some posters that were told by Jazette they were sent a check and it was cashed. But the problem is the checks were never recieved.
