    Default Bet-at-Home locked my account!

Hi everybody. I have a big problem with B-a-H.
Last Monday after standard login procedure I realised that my account is locked!
I wrote their support about this case and as answer I received a letter that you can see below:
    "Hello ...,
    thank you for your e-mail.

Your betting account has been locked by our security department, because
you have registered it with false data.

    Best regards
    Your Bet-At-Home.com team"
Of course I had a great wish to know, what it means - "false data", because I give a very little chance to an accident, that I was mistaken during the registration. And even if it so, how did Bet-at-Home supporters learn about it? I emailed several letters to them, writing that I can identify myself by any way they can suggest, but had no response. I hadn't much money on the account, but it seems to be a simple stealing by Bet-at-Home.
Do you think that a complaint to LGA can help?

I never had any problems with bet-at-home. If you don't get any answer on your emails, then call their support or go into the livechat.

I called them, but without any result. It seems to be busy everytime. A man in live chat said that I should send email to them and he is not allowed to share reasons to block my account (it's indeed very funny to hear that).

Can you give me a link? If there's no results in next some days, I'll write to LGA.
In my case one question really confuse me. I'm sure, that my registration data are correct, but even if it's not this way, how could bet-at-home know about it? They didn't ask me to send them any ID documents (today I sent them copies on my own initiative), so they really have no idea, if my registration data are correct or not. Their formulation looks very strange.

Email them again, asking them to confirm why they've locked the account, and tell them you've already sent ID. I would assume that provided the details you registered match the ID you sent, they should then unlock the account. If that fails, and they don't explain why they've done this to you, get in touch with the LGA

You are not the first and not the last had problems with them. My friends account was locked because "he dumped chips on poker", one problem - he never even played poker there

I registered about two weeks ago. And I'm from Russia, so I couldn't join their bonus offer, if you mean that (really don't know, what means 'get screw'))). Today in live-chat supporter said, that there's nothing they can discuss anymore and went out of chat. Hospitable staff, nothing more to say(((

Many thanks to Hareeba and althelegend. I think, it will be better to start from SBR. But the main question is open: obviously, they didn't confuse me with somebody, because they repeated their decision two times. So what base could they have to lock my account if they didn't ask me to send them any documents before closing and close the account exactly because of incorrect data?

Maybe they should, but they didn't. And right that looks very strange...

Did you make a deposit with them? I am asking because if they are making that claim and they must return the deposit.

But I didn't get a bonus at all.
I read that LGA guys are not quite quick, and only that stops me to write them. But there's no choice.

Agreed. 10% comission is too large.

Yes, they have a big margin, but you don't have to take the bad odds. Nearly every bookie offers somewhere good odds, you only have to find them. That's why you need a lot of bookies. Compare the odds and only take the good ones.

But to find good odds is harder, when the margin is so big. Plus the situation, like mine, can take place, and as the result -

Bet-at-home doesn't limit that much even when you're a winning player.

They send me a new email telling that i registered within incorrect data. But they don't tell what was the incorrect data.
    And they say again: "
You may now open a new betting account with the correct date,However you will not be able to use the first deposit bonus"
They don't tell what is going to happen with my money and what was the incorrect data, but they tell me i can open a new account???
Can some one tell how i can get my money back?

Quite the opposite experience here, i really registered with incorrect data (my address was misspelled), and i noticed it after i was registered there for a year already (obviously never made a withdrawal till than). I send them a mail explaining them my situation and they fixed it without making a big problem out of it (i've made 5-6 withdrawal since than with no problems whatsoever).

I always trusted in Bet-at-home until now, but 2 players with the exactly the same problem and no response by them. Looks like its better to get my money out of there when still time.
