Honestly, I don't know that many books allow this anymore. If you cover the fees in and out fine. But I think most expect that you will give them a couple times action just so they start to cover the fees on moving money around.

Depending on how large it is, you might have to send a wire. In that case, give yourself ample time for the wire to be sent before the date of the game or match. i.e. Don't expect to be able to send a wire on Thurs. in order to place a bet by Saturday morning.
