Honestly, I don't know that many books allow this anymore. If you cover the fees in and out fine. But I think most expect that you will give them a couple times action just so they start to cover the fees on moving money around.

Depending on how large it is, you might have to send a bank wire. In that case, give yourself ample time for the wire to be sent before the date of the game or match. i.e. Don't expect to be able to send a bank wire on Thurs. in order to place a bet by Saturday morning.
