Default Something strange with bookmaker (withdrawal money)

Today I sent request for withdrawal
I called them to ask what happens with this
The clerk told me to try in another week of two weeks
because the bank needs to approve The deposit that I did a month and half ago!

This does not seem stinks this segment?

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

As a few other posters have mentioned in this thread. The Cris family of books are going a few processing woes at this time sir.

Glad I decided not to post up at this book before football season. The reason I didnt is because all the clerks had different answers to my questions. They didnt even know their own policies that are on the web!

Something odd going on over there right now.

I'm having an exceptionally (even for cris standards) difficult time with a minor customer service issue that's hardly with worth my time. I should probably stop cursing at people in spanish but they really need to hire people that can at least speak some language properly. I don't even care if it's english.

The piss poor customer service can tolerated when they're willing to take a real bet and pay it. It's looking like that's no longer the case with CRIS.

I want to repeat--this problem they are having has to be serious. they should be flush with cash this time of year??!

Just stop the stall and explain to SBR or one of the forums what has really happened. like i said--i get the processor problem story for checks, but when you can't/won't pay an ewallet the next day you have ventured into some zone that is alot less than A+ rated. Bill? John?

Considering the gougin they do on fees--these guys should never be out of money.

Katstale,

While I can totally sympathize with everyone's situation regarding Cris's processing issues. We all need to remain calm and find out what exactly is going on. I mean a lot of the higher echelon books are having similar issues lately, so I would have to be lead to believe there must be something to do with jumping threw a few more hoops than normal.

BBD, as i said, processing issues generally relate to checks and the like. Even Bodog, etc who had/has major "processing issues" still paid ewallets.

?? Right??

If this is a "processing issue"--they still ought to be paying out these venues--next day at most.

I hear what your saying Katstale, however I would have to speculate these issues are most likely due to the recently revamped processing measures they have put in place for the start of football season.

No offense, but some of you guys just need to relax a bit. I have a pretty fair amount of cash at Betcris, and am waiting for a withdrawal also. I withdrew last month and had no problem and no long wait, but it does look like things are taking longer and that's not good, but no reason to panic.

They have no history of stiffing anyone, so it shouldn't happen now. Processor issues are occuring across the board, even with A rated books. A few days is an inconvenience no doubt for me also just like everyone else and it sucks, but it's just the way things are right now.

I would suggest lowering your deposit amounts if you get nervous easily.

It's completely ridiculous. The U.S Government is completely inept. The economy is shot, housing market crumbling, major financial institutions closing and their concerned with laying the LAW down on online gaming. The Crazy part is their actually succeeding. I can't believe it!!! Now CRIS is caught in the shit storm. GREAT! I'll tell you who you could thank! People like Calvin Ayre, that's who. You don't spit in the governments face, ask John Gotti. Magazine covers, main stream advertising, etc, etc. Lay low, under the radar, make cash and don't be a shit head. I can't wait until that dope gets locked up, which will happen.

They put the money I requested via ACH back into my account, told me i could withdraw without a fee tomorrow via WU, Monegram, or check. Are they just giving me the run around?

I get moneybooker payouts from Pinnacle in less than 15 minutes.

I'd like to know why the other big books cannot duplicate their fast payouts.

Pinnacle

Just called and requested Moneygram, they said it should be ready within a couple of days. Hopefully they're right.
