Exclamation Unibet enters the SBR Rating Guide

Unibet enters the SBR Rating Guide at B+.

Unibet focuses on the European market. Unibet Group plc acquired MrBookmaker in 2005 for GBP 22.25 million cash and shares in an effort to expand in France and Belgium. The Malta-based gaming company receives mostly positive feedback with some complaints about payout delays due to account verification and audits upon withdrawal request. Some players report a two week wait during the process.

Great, finally! Had nothing but great experiences with them. Though they do limit quickly, the limits are still fine. You lose em all after 3-4 months of sharp betting I'd say.

Did they finally agree to to let SBR mediate cases? Did that prompted their inclusion in the guide?

    Correct.
But I believe France ordered the arrest and he's a free man again.

The Dutch court ordered that they are not allowed to offer sportsbetting to Dutch citizens and have to pay 100.000€ per day (with a maximum of 3.000.000€) if they kept offering their service.

They don't care and still operate on the Dutch market.

I've read on another forum more tailored to the Euro player (ie soccer-dominated forum) that Unibet's customer service is quite bad. Lots of complaints.

Every country's got their own CS as far as I know.
The Dutch one is very good.

Not as bad as bwin and some other bookies, innit though?

A few hundred euro's never used to be a problem, or is it different nowadays?
(Haven't played there for the last 6 months or so.)

    About Unibet....their CS sucks.
At least the main CS, I cannot talk about the one available for most countries in their own language.
It's very hard to get them on phone, and they only answer (if answer) after 3 days.

I had a good experience with them tho in the past, they paid me out very fast, but I heard about a few bettors, who got their account closed without any notification or reasoning....since that I rarely play there.

As an European bettor, who used them a lot in the past, my opinion is, that their grade is higher than the reality....."C" or "C+" - maybe, but with a this s****y CS, B+ is far too much...not to mention about the account closings, which seems to be similar what Bwin often does
