Default 5Dimes check processor delayed

Anyone else tried to cashout via fedex over the last day or so. I requested a check on Monday (sept 8th) and received it on Wednesday (sept 10th) no problem, I then requested another check on Wednesday (sept 10th) assuming it would show up today like normal but nothing came. I just checked with them and apparently their payment processor is suffering a delay and no check has been sent out yet. Anyone else have the same experience?

This is the first 5Dimes processing problem in a while sir. I'm sure it's a minor glitch and it will arrive in your hands in the near future.

An update on this for anyone interested. The fedex requests have still not been processed. Here is the response I got today:

Emily: Hello. How may I assist you today?
Rob: Hi I was wondering if my fedex payout was processed today and what the tracking number is for it
Emily: Just a moment please
Emily: no, we are still waiting for the check company to receive the wire so they can send the checks
Emily: I'm very sorry for the inconveniences
Rob: is there an update of what day the check will be sent?
Emily: to be honest we don't know, we are expecting to happen at any moment, but we really don't know when the wire is going to hit our account with them
Emily: it was sent already over a week ago as a minimum
Rob: I understand, thanks for your help Emily, I will check back tomorrow
Rob: thanks
Emily: You're welcome
Emily: bye
