Requested a direct deposit into my checking account from Bookmaker on 9/2. Say it'll take 7-10 days, still waiting on it.

Yes, Bet Cris books are paying out as normal and I have not heard anything to even remotely suggest otherwise.

I had a couple very prompt payouts in August.

Have waited 7 full calendar days for an ACH withdrawal from Diamond. It's a little strange considering that 7 calendar days has equalled the longest time ever waiting for a withdrawal in my experience with them

Although I can sympathize with your frustrations. They do say that it can take up to 7 to 10 business days sir. Personally I wouldn't worry about getting your funds at all, because you will receive them.

BBD, you are more than likely correct, but they have gone into a little "slowpay mode", even with ewallet withdrawals. It was always same day or next morning at latest. Now it is gone to "whenever..." which is more than painful for an ewallet withdrawal.

mine was out of my account the next day.

Lookinforaction,
It is rather alarming that you've waited 10 business days so far. I hope you get paid very soon, like tomorrow! If you don't get it tomorrow, you should ask BigBoyDan to start investigating it.

Maybe SBR can help you out.
I've been with DSI over a year, only one ever deposit and many withdrawals but I never experienced a delay of 2 or more weeks.

My last 2 ACHs before this batch took 2 days each, so I'm attributing the delays to the football crush. My account was credited with a $50 FP for the inconvenience.

What did they give as a reason for you not getting them and when did you get the FP?

No good reason other than processor delays.

Me too.I requested 1400.00 by ACH on Sept.2 and they are still stalling me after taking the money out the next day.I have never seen this taking so long from BOOKMAKER.COM and I am really UPSET about it.I dont need another SPORTSBOOK.COM book to deal with and will be putting in a complaint with SBR soon...this is nonsense...my last ACH took no more then 2 days...this is why I started the thread about off-shore books all going downhill...

I have an ach withdrawal from Diamond taken out of my account on Sep 4 which has not arrived yet. It's never taken this long in my experience with them. There indeed might be a delay problem with the Cris books.

Haven't been paid for 10 days now.

Spoke with Diamond who confirmed that they are having payout "delays." They wouldn't be more specific.

I hope it's not related but ironic how these delays are occurring at the same time of a financial crisis inside the United States - 2 more of the biggest banks failing today.

Still waiting as well. At least the payout had no fees.

Let me inquire to them about these processing delays you gentlemen are currently experiencing.

Thanks BBD--currently 5 business days and counting on an ewallet withdrawal. Never saw anything like this before. I know they pay the big bucks to SBR, but this is borderline ridiculous. Can't blame that on a "processor" problem.

I spoke to them about ACH yesterday. They said my ACH was cancelled and that there would be no more ACH until further notice. Told me to use bankwire or check
