Ya I found that out recently the hard way, requested one 7 days ago and they still haven't taken money out of account. They told me up to 10 days just to process payout then after that I'll have to wait additional days for delivery. The one thing that bugs the crap out of me is they don't take the funds out right away it's like they want u to play it and lose it all. To me they should remove it within 2 days max when u request a payout, not leave it in there for 10 days with the temptation looming.

Had them for two years, never had an issue. They even made a mistake written in their teaser rules where one place it said "tie+win=win" and another said "tie+win=push". I called them on it and they credited me with a win before fixing their mistake
