A very good book in my opinion.
An enormous amount of markets to bet on, odds are not too bad and although some bets have to be cleared first I don't know anybody who has been limited to ridiculous stakes on big markets. Customer service is very good in my country, although I've read on other boards that it can be below par in certain eastern european countries. |

I do, me Didn't even use them much either.OK book, they pay no problem. Not the best odds though, I don't really miss them. Very, very rare they have the best price on anything. |

Very good bookie in my opinion.
Never had any problems with pay-outs, eventhough they're not too fast (aprox. 5 days via bank). Customer service in my language (Dutch) is good and quite fast, always within 12 hours. The big plus of Unibet is in my opinion the large amounts of markets they offer bets on, and the 'specials' they offer (bets no other bookie is offering). Edit: Limits are acceptable for me, depends on the bet/odd how much you can stake. I don't like their live-section, it's kind of slow and sometimes difficult to place a bet on, although I believe it has become a little better lately. Last edited by Stifter; 09-11-08 at 04:27 AM.. They asked for mu passport, utility bill and for a screenshot of my moneybookers profile page. Max withdrawal is 4500 euros per day to moneybookers which is OK I guess. |

In my opinion they were one of the best books some years ago.
They are still ok, but not what they used to be: - they limit way faster than before - all my bets go to the risk management which decides if the bet is accepted, not accepted or only part of it. The big problem though is that if you place a bet lets say 10 or 15 minutes before the start of an event, it can happen that their riskmanagement waits until AFTER start time of the event if it accepts the bet or not. I don't say it is intentionally but nevertheless inacceptable and already cost me some money because I am arbing and couldn't place the bet elsewhere anymore. Also with this method they could decide if they accept the bet after a team already scored... - their customer service is slow and often gives useless replies (and sometimes even no reply). |
