Default Having Trouble Picking a Book

Hey everyone. I read the great reviews on this site and I'm still having a little trouble picking a book. I'm a small time bettor, I put $20-30 dollars on a game. I want a site that if I win $100, isn't going to take 15% away with a $15 fee to withdraw (Pinnacle). I'm also looking for a site with good lines. I looked at VIP, but in the pre season games, there are no +110, only -110 or -105. Pinnacle, for example, has +'s on NFL games. Will that change for VIP once the regular season starts? Thanks
-Phil

Try Betjamica....I love it. It's very plain, nothing fancy but it is safe, reliable, and super quick payouts. Your money is never in any dangers and customer service is very good there. I only have good things to say about it...there are no charges to deposit and withdraw...at least for me but I use e-check so if that is your prefered method you can't go wrong with this book! Hope this helps.

You might want to take a look at bodog. You will occasionally see a +105, but you can't buy points. You might also want to take a look at mansion. They seem to be making some changes, but I think they still give free withdrawals. You could also try bet365. The key is to stick to the places that wll give you free neteller withdrawals. As you said, you don't want to be paying $15 for a $100 withdrawal

Welcome Phil!

Many Sunday bettors get frustrated when their sportsbook shades a line on the team they want to play. VIP knows this and will always try to move the spread instead of the price. For example, Pinnacle may offer +3 -120 and VIP will try to stay at the standard price and offer +2.5 for as long as they can. For the educated bettor it is a matter of deciding which is a better value. The Sunday bettor wants to pay no more than the usual $1.10 and see a a dollar return. He will ignore the value that may come with a key number like 3 and 7 at a higher price.

Like Buddy said, BetJam is a great choice. CRIS will give you some different numbers with free Netellers on Fridays. Hollywood has limited free NTs as well.

5 Dimes sounds like a good options.

5 Dimes is going to more and more reduced juice games (for all the big games like Sunday and Monday night). On those games their lines are competetive with Pinnacle. (They list these special reduced juice lines under props and are for internet betting only.)

On their "normal" games they have all kinds of options on every game with variations on the spreads/totals. You can pick the one you like the best.

If you like props, you can't do much better.

The only thing is that to get a free payout, you have to request it between 9 am and 1pm on Mondays.

BoDog

5 Dimes. Make sure to scroll down. Many times on the bottom you will find Internet only bets and the vig is better.

This really comes into play in baseball totals,. What's better Und 7.5 -120 or Und 7 +100? Und 10.5 -120 or Und 10 +100?

Poor Phil333. He's probably more confused now than when he asked the question.

Rule of thumb: when it comes to sportsbooks, when in doubt, listen to Mudcat.

Mudcat - quick question on 5 dimes. Why do they have that rule where if you want the free payout, you need to do it in a 4 hour time span? I've narrowed it down to bet jam and 5 dimes.
