Sportsbook.com Payment Delays

I have a payout pending from Linesmaker I requested last week, I'll update this thread once I receive it. The tracking looks like a nice feature, hopefully all goes well.

the same thing happened to me man, my account is overdrawn and everything because of the bad check, my bank is in the process of mailing the check back to me...also spoke to sportsbook.com, and the rep was surprised that this happened. I asked him if any other customers had reported similar problems with checks and he said no and that he had never seen anything like this happen before (bunch of bs). He had put in a request to "stop" the check or something and requested another check for me. Wonder how long we'll have to wait before we see our money...

For the record - I requested a payout from Matchbook on Sunday and it was sent immediately (within 5 minutes) to Moneybookers. I transferred the money from them to my bank account and two days later (today) the money is in my account.

I had a withdrawal request from sportsbook.com on 6/18. It was not processed until 7/7. Now I am told I need to wait another 2-3 weeks for a total of 5-7 weeks. I will be lucky if that even happens judging by some of the posts. Has anybody requested payment in a similar time frame? If so, has it been received yet and for how much?

June 4th withdrawal - received June 30th
June 17th withdrawal - processed July 3rd
June 24th withdrawal - processed July 8th

May 28th cheque - stop payment done, check reissued apparently

May 21 bounced cheque - stop payment in progress
June 1st cheque - stop payment in progress

you think 5-7 weeks is a lot. try since March 31st (over 90 days). They had to redeposit to my account June 6th then rerequested a withdrawal same day, then I received check last week only to find out today that it bounced. I also have another withdrawal from earlier this month but I'm not worried about that one yet. sportsbook.com i haven't had a problem lately but superbook.com is giving me all types of problems. ridiculous

Did they give you any excuse why the check bounced? Is the check issued by Birksgate?

They said they are "looking into the matter and that my withdrawal is a top priority" but I've been hearing the same BS from them from when I started complaining 3 weeks after March 31st. I just don't understand why if they are all Jazette books, why my problems are specific to superbook. I don't have trouble cashing out from sportsbook.com. I also made another recent cashout from superbook (that I won in online poker) after they gave me a free 45 dollars for the insane waiting period and they has yet to be cleared as well from July 1st.

I didn't check to see who issued the check but my bank is sending me the bounced check so I'll let you know when it comes in the mail.

I'm new, I have had 2 problems this year. I used to get my withdrawals within about a week and a half. First problem, the check bounced, I contacted them and they said to redposit the check and it was fine. This latest issue, I requested it on around 6/6/08, it came on 6/27. I deposited it and the check bounced. I called the numbers on the check, and the processors. I was told to contact sportsbook and am currently waiting to hear back from them within 24-48 hours they said. I am thinking about just trying to redposit it again like before, because having to wait like some other really unlucky people would suck. The check was for $1850, and was issued by Zip Payments, from the Nevada
State Bank. Anyone else have any issue with Zip Payments or just tried redepositing the check.

Also is there any reputable, A rated sportsbook that will take on the task of transferring your funds from sportsbook.com to their online sportsbook?

Thanks for the useful information. I'm willing to wait the 48 hours before I file any complaints. I have made 8 withdrawals this past 12 months and have only had the 2 checks bounce, but the one was resolved immediately, hopefully this will be the case this time.

My last BetUSA withdraw came in 17 days by DHL. My last two from sportsbetting.com came in 4 days by regular mail. I have two more from BetUSA that were processed on the 26th of June but haven't seen them yet.
