Thats actually a good question sir. They had a similar type of processing issue last year and I've seen that it sometimes can take up to 3 months before they finally catch up.

The withdraw system seems to be back on line for me anyway,I just check it and got 4 tracking #'s for withdraws between 4/26and 4/27.

I've had a tracking # for my withdrawal request from 5/1 for about 3 days now. Nothing is coming up on DHL's site, where in previous instances as soon as I have the tracking number it works on DHL's site.

Do your tracking numbers work?

just relax you will get paid,I no it's stressfull,fustrating ect...
Sometimes the tracking #s take a few days to come up. I got a tracking # for a withdraw thru e-mail,put the number in at dhl and it was already at my house.Then I checked my withdraw history,two days later it finally showed up there.So I would say they are a little behind on there tracking info.

my DHL tracking number still does not show up on DHL. Will call if it doesn't show up in DHL site by tomorrow.

got my dhl tracking number for my april 1st withdrawal over the phone on monday, may 12th. as of today (may 16th), the tracking number on DHL STILL says shipping information received, but no additional information. 47 days since i initiated the request. great turnaround. ugh

Thats better than me, i've been waiting since march 31st and NO tracking number still...wow they might of lost alot of good customers over this...but the bright side for them is that "there's a sucker born every second"...sportsbook.com blows....

Are you going to call DHL or Sportsbook?

Edit: The tracking number I got on Monday or Tuesday still doesn't work on DHL's site, and Sportsbook.com is down right now. They are a joke.

Is it possible for a moderator or admin or whoever is in charge here can contact Sportsbook.com and get the truth on what is up and not the BS that we get when we call?

I cashed out a Small amount $200 last week and they said I sould have it next week... My friend go a big check from them about a week ago i think close to $1000 only took 3 weeks... I keep now tring to go on sportsbook.com and it is down anyone know why?

I just got paid today,over five figures,they still owe me alot,but its a step in the right direction.Took them about three weeks,but I'm cool with that!
