Default Great Customer Service at BetJamaica

I know most people know BetJamaica is a great book. I just wanted to share a quick story I had with them.

I received a payout via check by FedEx. Because I am a dumb ass, the check accidentally got ripped in half. I contacted BetJamaica and they asked me to send them the ripped check.

After sending back the original check I received a new check in like 4 days via FedEx. Not only did they not charge me for the second FedEx, they added $30 to the check to cover my costs to send them the original ripped check. I never asked them to cover the costs or did I expect them to. So even though this was not their fault, they still covered all the costs.

This is why they are an A+ book. What great customer service.

How does one accidentally rip a check in half anyway?

I was going to ask the same thing Crazyl

Anyways... I can't say I'm surprised that BetJam did that for you, because top tier books like that know how to take care of there clients.

Thanks Immortality. Replacement checks from employers take longer than that. It's a good example of BetJamaica CS as well as how good their processing resources are.

I will tell you although it is not an exciting story. I put the check in my pocket as I was going out for a jog and figured I would hit the ATM as I jogged by it on the way back. I dumped some water from my water bottle on my head and some of the water went in to my pocket. So when I pulled the check out and went to straighten it, it just ripped it half.

Stupid I know. Which is why I called myself a dumb ass in my orignal post.
