So the downgrade for ABC Islands has nothing to with a "no-pay" or a "slow-pay", correct?

Basically it is a slow play..coz i canīt cash out with the only method i use for books, and lots of money is stuck there.
Which is not mentioned on their page, it clearly says neteller withdrawals are availabe, the cost is $15.
There is even a link to open a neteller account, go figure.
Pinnalce book to book transfers? When i look at the terms of this at Pinny, this is even worse. You will pay for DEPOSITS at Pinny if you ever do a book-to-book, and also no free cashouts anymore.
Cris book-to-book? Yeah of course i happily pay $300 to Cris just for moving money around, and just because Jazz fools everyone who deposits with Neteller.
This situation just makes me angry, greedy sportsbooks.

Have good news on this..transfers to bookmaker are free again (did CS misunderstand me? did they change it again? Donīt know tbh).
But the only rule is a 1x rollover now.
I was also told that Jazz will have their Neteller account funded again on monday. Thanks again for your assistance.

It is on record as a valid slow-pay complaint. It is harder to define what a slow-pay is these days. Check or wire legitimately lost in transit? Not a slow-pay. Processor tanks and drops the ball on a batch of transfers? Not a slow-pay. Sportsbook.com not adding Neteller or another method over 4 mos to pay the many non-US players waiting? Should be considered a slow-pay. Listing a withdrawal method for new depositors that isn't available? Has to be a yes. I don't think ABC is trying to get over on players but they weren't going to great lengths to give them an accurate description of the product they were selling. There was nothing comparable to b2b transfers and Neteller, especially for 5 and six figure balance holders.

ABC fixed the issues which resulted in the rating drop
Has ABC and Jazz fixed the issues which resulted in their drop from B+ to B.

Not really. They are still advertising methods and limits they can't fill and bigger players are forced to depend on CRIS transfers.

My biggest bitch with them is that their software is horrible. It opens a new page when logging in, runs slowly and times out after about ten minutes. Its terribly inconvenient.

They don't care about their SBR rating
What bothers me most about AbC/Jazz is not their advertising unavailable withdrawal methods, per se, but the fact they don't care about SBR ratings. All they had to do was take down these ads, and SBR would have reevealuated them. It may be too late now after ignoring this for so long. They either have an I don't care attitude, or they are just sloppy.
Outlaw, they use the same software as Legendz and Pig.
They share the same casino software as 5 dimes, Legendz and Pig.
It would help them to have slick software like Bet jamaica.

You have Pinnacle to play at Pico. However U.S. players that can't play there anymore, and need books like Jazz to handle the type of action we use to send Pinnacle's way before the change.
