cascade promised me a payment

Anyone get a check recently. I for one think this is a absolute joke and the fact that this sites so called advocates do not have this thread front and center everyday shows that they really have no influence on getting any of you paid. Bottomline is that Cascade is most likely making money through there credit business and will send out a measly 1k payment on the millions they STOLE to act like they are making and effort. Thank god I got out with my money. Another point of info you guys should know that on the credit side he owes alot more then the post up side. He has borrowed more than he can ever repay and most big players he owed have wrote the stiff off. How a guy who had a immpecapble reputation could end up like this is anyone's guess, but my guess is DEGENERATE, which has been backed up by many I have spoken with about this situation.

Sorry for all of you who think they will ever get paid. Time to move on.

Cascade just hung up on me a couple of times after some very simple and generic questions about when I can expect to get the $1K I requested a month or two ago. Didn't even want to talk. Pretty unusual even for a floundering sportsbook, if you can still call it that.

ahhhhhhhh another week has passed with a fresh update from crackerjack lawyer. At least in the beginning when Lenny thought you were serious--he mailed out a few checks.

Now he knows the truth--no more checks??!!

Hey, BBD--it wasn't you that said "we are hiring a lawyer and going after this guy".

John and Bill need to step up here. Best thing in the world for SBR credibility is to show they were taken for a ride by this book--along with everyone else and THEN FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR INDIGNATION!!!

John knows this thing was very close to coming to another type ending--and he intervened on Lenny's behalf. Now lets stop all the behind the scenes BS and tell what is or what is not going on with the legal maneuvering.

It's very frustrating that Cascade goes on in business with so many post up players have money there. They have had more than one full year now and only have paid out about 1/100th of the money owed.

I call every week and all I get is that they will put me on the list. I don't want to be on the list, I want my money.

From the last update I saw, you are collecting POA docs from the class. For updates on legal process you should check with the class representative, who may or may not want it updated on the forum going forward.

No one from SBR had any involvement in rehoming Cascade unfortunately. There isn't any leverage to gain with SBR. We already very much want you to be successful and hope Cascade is forced to finally take action.

None of you will ever get paid. Sorry, but it's the truth. What does he have to gain by paying any of you at this point. Why he even keeps his website up is a good question also. My advice is to move on. The fact he takes deposits shows his character. None of these moderators can do a damn thing for you. If they have any connections they know how much this guys owes that isn't posted on these forums. We are talking MILLIONS. Nothing a lawyer can do for you, if he has any assets they ain't in his real name,fake name or any name you will ever find. Time to put this thread to bed.
