Dan, just to be sure--did you deposit with NT during January of 07? Any of your deposits go to World Wide Wagering?

Did anybody else? On that long list--there has to be a few folks who did!

I guess this was over at EOG?? Any comment Bill, et al? Shouldn't that outstanding lawyer John hired be all over this info? Looks like none of his assets have been frozen? Strange legal maneuvers being employed by this barrister.

Lenny (Cascade) update.....

So Lenny still isnt paying a soul but throws a party at a local "mall" where he rents the ENTIRE 8th floor. (Approx 25,000 sq ft) He charges $20 USD to get in. Has a turn out of 3150 at the door. (3150 x $20 = $63000 in cover alone) He has 4 "security gaurds" following him throughout the entire party to insure his safety. (Not to mention the SMOKING HOTTIE on his arm)

He is now "slow paying" his agents and is behind with more than a few. Accepting deposits but is not currently doing ANY payouts. The buzz is that he is losing his ass on his radio station. (Poor Lenny)

But Lenny assures the people he owes that he will get them "something" on Monday. My fingers are crossed!!!

How is this guy still alive? (I guess 24 hour body guards help the cause)

I did deposit in early January '07, but as I recall it went direct to Cascade; I don't want to dig in the documents yet as it causes me much pain. I will check all this out when I finally get something from the CR attorney. At this point all I have gotten was an email which was mentioned earlier in this thread.

Sure is depressing to hear about Lenny having a good time on OUR MONEY. Dan (or Bill), have the lawyers considered some type of preliminary injunction on assets while this is litigated? Is there such a thing in Costa Rica?

Not that there was much hope, but what little there was is fading away when you see this guy still partying on the streets of Costa.

I heard about the big party Lenny had in CR and read about it at EOG! I only got one check!

SBR is of course still following and reporting on the Cascade debacle and tracking any payouts that trickle out but Dan is going to be everyone's contact for anything relating to the legal process. I understand the lawyer is just beginning with filings. I'm sure Dan will give updates as soon as the lawyer provides him with something.

Well I got my first check a few days ago (a long wait from when it was supposed to have been sent in December, but at least I finally got it), and I think it has cleared my bank so that's good. Obviously I'm relieved to have gotten it, but like the rest of you, this is just the tip of the iceberg for the amount I'm owed and hopefully these payouts continue in a reasonably timely manner.
