We improved our old site from last year in terms of housing statistics and analysis for all Division I teams.
http://ncaastatpages.com
I'd love for any of you to come and try out our new head-2-head matchups. They are being tested before the season starts.
Our site houses:
Full Team Statistics (updated each and every week)
TSRS Ratings (True Statistical Rating of Strength for every team)
Head-2-Head Virtual Matchups (comparison matchups of games)
Right now the data that is being used to populate TSRS houses last year's statistics but it is being utilized against this year's schedule. So, please consider it only a test platform as it will be inaccurate until the season starts and new data is populated.
TSRS was used all of last year for calculating how strong a team is statistically, accounting for inflated statistics, strength of schedule, and using standard deviation to offset for variance. You can read the about page or the Head-2-Head page to see how the system works.
The only thing you'll have to do to access Head-2-Head VM is to register on the site and that is free.
Just before the season starts, we'll remove the old data and start populating the statistical tables, TSRS, and Head-2-Head with new data each and every week.
Here are some of the nicer features of the site:
Statistical Tables can be searched every week so you can see statistics for your any team, on any date in the season, which allows progress tracking and trends analysis. TSRS, likewise has the same features enabled.
Head-2-Head allows you to take any two teams (there are roughly 14,000+ combinations) and match them up to see who wins. All stats and strength ratings are matched, and a virtual box score is produced along with a percentage prediction of who should win the outcome.
I love football and the community and want to have a site where anyone can relax and have some fun. There are no advertisement announcements on our site. It's a clean professional site with one thing in mind - football.
