All valid points. I was surprised Cacique could not get past The Tin Man (who I really did not like at all) at Arlington, but it did appear speed was holding on that turf course, so I'm willing to give him another shot and hope Showing Up is not a monster (but good enough to run second). Good luck on your end.
If you're playing the Belmont 9th on Saturday, might want to look at Jelly Roll Rumble in the NYBred MSW on turf. 3rd last out at Saratoga when Gomez was unable to go outside at the 8th pole and had to cut inside the winner, and the horse appeared to shy away and even lost 2nd late to finish 3rd. Better trip might win this, but the price likely won't be 9-2 like last time. Plus, who knows how these horses run shifting back to Belmont. Always amazes me how horses run better at Saratoga, then stink at Belmont.
