Was wondering if greater parity for NFL bettors would be open for consideration.

NCAAF has far more games, and typically softer lines than the NFL. That means the contest is favoring college bettors. By adding totals -to the NFL only-, it would double the number of NFL wagers and even out things between college and NFL bettors.

DH, not sure what was eventually decided, but adding to the list of games available (like the MNF game) was discussed last winter. Will try to see if I can find out for you and get someone in the know to answer this.

I've always thought it was structured to target the wider audience, having totals in there may please some sharper guys but I think the average contestant would much rather pick the teams he likes and compete against others doing the same.

Crazyl, in the past the contest seemed to have been weighted towards college, which is no problem, if that is the intent. By adding totals for NFL you'd have about 30 NFL options, which gives non-college bettors a more equal opportunity to compete. Given the fact that college lines tend to be softer, I feel that would be a fair enough nod to NFL bettors. If, as you say, adding totals gives sharper guys an edge, that would be an argument in favor of adding them, if it is about skill.

LIke the format exactly the way it is, hopefully i can move up ten spots this season as i finished in 10th last year
