10bet - Cancellation of bets for No Reason

The game was:

Boston Celtics @ Atlanta Hawks

10 bet change their moneylines every few seconds just like any other book.

I buy the moneyline at -128 with 200 Euro. (Pinnacle was -135)

A few seconds later 10bet lowered their line to -150 (Pinnacle stays the same at -135)

A few seconds later 10bet they change their odds to -1.39
(Pinnacle has -1.48 now)

................................

So far so good...

After 90 minutes when the odds for Atlanta fall down to -200 at Pinnacle , 10bet no longer like their odds and void the bets.

their email:

Dear customer
Your bets (Atlanta Hawks vs Boston Celtics - Full ) has been cancelled due to typing mistake.

There was no typing mistake at all.

They change their fu**ing odds every few seconds up and down

THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO TYPING MISTAKE

But they are cheating their customers for sure

SBR please grade this fugging book down to F+ or something

I don't think it's your fault for taking advantage of their slow moving lines. I mean they should pay you and show you the door if they don't wish to accept your business. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

They have cancelled bets on me 5 times in the past. Everytime the odds have been correct but have moved within 10 mins of me placing the bet. The final straw for me was when they charged me $170 to withdrawal $1400 from my account to Moneybookers. I complained to them and got my money back after i threatened to close my account and report them. I closed my account with them anyway because they treat people very unfairly.

The Boston Atlanta game moved so quick it catched alot of books out. Pinn went from -130 to +178 within 10-15 mins.

They have cancelled 2 of 5 bets of mine and they charged me a 8% commission for my not voided winning bets

10bet GM is checking with their trader on those bets and I will update. He says you were charged the fee for not betting through your deposit per TOS. It sounds like you went for the door because of the funny stuff with the pending bets.

Unfortunately I can´t remember which game it was exactly.

But I want to thank you and all SBR staff

That this book credited 195 Euro to my account is more than I ever expect.

I´m sure without the help of SBR this would never happen.

(P.S. That don´t means 10bet is a good book in my opinion)

i placed a bet with10bet . they took £250 and they asked for my passport and drivers licence i refused stating data protection . they say they are keeping the money 30 days ! ! ! gobsmacked

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

I can't say this is the first time we have seen this type of action from 10Bet. However, that info is required by books these days in order to verify your authenticity. My advice would be to send in the paperwork they are asking for.

you won't be able to bet with a lot of books nowadays if you're not willing to send them passport and/or driver license.
