Bet Online Problems back??

BBD, you might want to chat them up again. Today was back to log in several times to get in once, time outs at the worst possible moments and generally just stuff that can't really even be described. If there was such a thing as a "ghost" inside a sportsbook's software--it is this place.

Seriously, I have been in and evaluated probably as much sportsbook/casino software as almost anybody.

THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

How can they possibly maintain the A- rating (John? Bill?) with this terrible platform? If not for the reduced juice--they would have to close their doors.

Do they not understand we are trying to help them? Their old software was light years ahead of this "new and improved" stuff.

Cause how could the rating stay so high if any of you boys dipped your toes in this water.

I realize a rating is based on a combination of things, but man--you got to be able to hang on to a website to do a little looking around.

Like any player, I want to see people with this type of business model make it.

Hey ,mods, employees, owner(s)--don't fall all over yourselves answering the question abt "do any of you play at BOL?"

Again, how can you give a place an A- rating if NONE of you play there?

Cause if you did play there--then you could give a businesslike answer to how they can be rated so highly with that squirrely software!!

It seems like this is an issue which is effecting you katstale more than anyone else. I just logged on and had no problems, so I'd be a little more hesitant in ripping the book if it's more of an isolated incident than you think.

You would be correct, if you weren't wrong. Follow some of the other threads on this. Many people who play there regularly have this problem. It is not restricted to just a few players--well, I think they only have a few players--it is across continents/countries.

I know personally 4 players, not counting the ones who have chimed in here, who have been having identical problems. It gets "better" at times, but it never completely goes away. Stay on them all day and you will see some of what we have been talking about.

And you'd come off a lot better if you didn't assume things.

I followed the previous thread by Joevig, and either the problems aren't effecting everyone, there's a serious lack of SBR folk playing at BO, or people don't bother posting their problems. I can't find any other threads complaining about the software at BetOnline, so please enlighten me as to where these other "threads" are.

I was just pointing out that my own experience and the far from overwhelming outcry on SBR may give an indication that the problem is somewhat more isolated than you think.

This is a MAJOR problem. Katstale is definately right when he says some days are better than others. There are problems EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Some days(good days) you get logged out for no reason after 5 seconds of inactivity, about 5-10 times over the course of the day.

Bad days it happens about 100 times.

This never happened with the old software. It all started when they started this new and improved software. I hate it.

I have a few buddies who started playing there because I told them they were a good book. They have since quit playing there. They are going to lose more and more business if they don't fix this.

It happens to everyone. Big players and the $10 players who are as square as can be.

With that being said I would have to agree with Katstale that no one that works at SBR must play there.

I play there too, this web site is one of several little problems i have with them that i have nowhere else. There -105 sides are the one thing keeping me with a small balance there. The website is hit or miss, it has worked most of the time for me since dan talked to them about it

I have had these problems also. Reduced juice also will keep me there once football gets rolling. If they fix this problem,along with their high withdrawal fees, I'd use them more in football season. Otherwise, just a few hundred in there!

Betonline keeps sending me letters in the mail telling me how great they are and offering me bonuses. I just throw them away. Have yet to hear a lot of good things about BO.

I can tell you BO was good to me in every respect last football season, but it sounds like things have definitely gone downhill since then.
