What ever happened to this A+ book? After being practically hasseled by Richard from CS, I finally decided to give their 50% bonus a try. Shit why not? An A+ book giving a 50% bonus! I specifically asked for their Pre Season limits and was told 5 dimes on the side and 3 on totals. They even confirmed with a supervisor. So I go online and try to place 1200 on the Eagles and it told me 1000 max. OK I need to call it in I thought. So I call and Im told the limit is 1 dime on all preseason bets. Now I know this isnt true because I fooled around online and put in some 3000 teaser bets. Just to see if they would accept them. And yes it did. So I get shuffled from manager to manager telling me the same thing, "The limit is 1 dime". They must have given you false info. I had even place this bet the night before. 1100 on the Saints game ovr. And 995 free play on the Saints game ovr. They tell me this was accepted because it was only 1100 of real money. So after getting nowhere I call in the next day and Im told by CS that the limit is 5 dimes on preseason. Are you kidding me Bet Online? The guy checks with wagering and tries to tell me the Philly game was circled. Again BS because it wasnt circled anywhere else I play and on top of that they had 3 managers tell me it was only because of the 1 dime limit. 3 guys had a chance to tell me last night that the game was circled. So it looks like Bet Online is starting to lie like those other shithole books like BetUS and Bet Royal when it fits their needs. Not a good sign Bet Online!!

The one thing I can confirm is that I also don´t like this book for several reasons

I played there for a long time, but now I am hearing a lot of negatives. I never had problems there, but I also don't play big money. Avg. $100 a game. I'm worried about this book now and will not put more money in!

Looks like you're getting screwed. I'm taking all my money out as soon as baseball season is over unless they fix their many problems soon

Ive been with them for years... and have had no problems til now...

I requested a payout via moneygram yesterday.. im up almost 3grand... they said they are "limiting withdrawls to 1,000" and i could request the rest later.. now today I call them to check the process because the money is still showing in my account now the excuse is "now we havent received our tracking numbers"... and we are not processing anymore payouts today....

Im kinda starting to sweat it a little bit... Anyone else have this problem?

Richard from Customer service is a lying manipulating pest! He will say anything to get you to send in money so he can get his commission. I wonder if the owner knows he lies about shit to get deposits?

This book was upgraded way too early, something SBR is doing very rarely. Use them at your own risk imo, something smells.
