New Bet911 (SBR rating D-) player complains of stalled payouts

The sportsbook was downgraded to D- earlier this month after two players filed new payout complaints. Bet911 shows signs of trying to survive until it can obtain funds from new players at the start of football season. Like USDbet (SBR rating F), the small sportsbook's marketing efforts were directed to players on posting forums. Bet911 advertisement banners currently promote a 100% bonus.

I send e mail requests asking for a breakdown of how and when I will get paid which either remain unanswered or get misdirected within Bet911 (apparently). If they do reply it is never to my question but offering me the 'opportunity' to request a payout. Woi I'm so honoured. Their 'opportunities' have resulted in me receiving only $2000 in the last four months.

Please be cautious here. I have still not been paid since the previous post. I get the impression that the book hopes I will simply 'go way' and forget they owe me thousands of dollars.

It must be time for this book to be placed on the black list. I have $10,000 with them. My son also has $8000. I have not received any payment for six months despite numerous requests. Their web site is still up and running so they are still taking wagers. Two days ago I gave them a final warning to pay or I would go to every message board I could find to inform the world of their scam operation. Naturally, I have failed to recieve a reply. Actually, I want more than just the closure of the book. I want the owners to be fined for operating a business without due care and attention. Who needs to know?? Should I notfiy a gaming industry board? If so who?

Sorry but I have got to keep this floated to the top of the boards. No money and no contact from Bet911 and so far no-one has helped me to get it from any internet board. Bet911 are still showing at D- on here for rating and are still actually being promoted on EOG. I feel totally helpless and frankly unsupported. Have I actually got to create my own web site and entitle it 'Bet911 don't pay?' and add all the appropriate meta tags and make sure my site appears above everyone elses??

If there is any value in these boards other than providing a platform for people to sound off? I thought it was here to help the individual player who is being treated badly by online sportsbooks and shame them into paying???

Right now I'm feeling very dejected about the whole thing.

I am pleased to say that Bet911 are now talking to me. My son has received $1000 and I am anticipating a similar payment very shortly. I have asked them to provide me with a payment program so I can anticipate when I will receive more funds and I am awaiting their reply.

Just a quick update. Payments have been coming in on a weekly basis. The book is in good contact with me and I have been paid about half of my balance. What a relief! I'm hoping that the payment schedule will be maintained obviously but so far so good.
