Default Do books HAVE to notify if they cancel a bet

I make most of my soccer bets at a sportsbook that is certainly not at the top of the SBR list (it's rated D- I believe). I do so since there lines are usually out of wack with what else is out there. Yesterday I made a play on the world cup qualifiers which ended up being cancelled.

It was no biggie to me as the bet ended up being a loser anyways (so obviously they cancelled it before the game however I never checked it until this morning). What bothers me is there was no notification. Nothing by e mail just in the graded scores they listed it as a cancellation. I'm sure it was due to a bad line as they had it at +110 while pinny had it listed as -106. Up till now they have never cancelled a bet on me.

Do books have to notify you by e mail at least if they cancel a bet or is just marking it in the graded wagers as cancelled good enough. And please don't tell me I shouldn't be playing at a D- book, I realize the risks there, such as what just happened, but do so to take advantage of weak lines.

A book should send email. If they don't, it is sloppy.

I'm watching todays bets. I placed them on Monday and got Greece under 2.5 at +110. They are currently not putting a line out on this game. The under is currently -130 on pinny. The line has moved and they didn't put out a line that was that out of whack with the market at the time I bet it.
